Abstract

The tittle of this project namely design and fabrication of manual crusher machine using ISO 9000 QMS design requirements. The objective of this project is to design and fabricate a manual can crusher machine. The methodology of my project are as follows: I. ) Literature review 2.) Designing Process using ISO 9000 QMS 3 .)Fabrication 4.) Testing of Protoype 5.) Test result 6.) Discussion and Conclusion The test results are as follows: 1. ) Able crush 6cm x 11.5cm aluminum can in 10 sec 2.)Able crush 5cm x 13cm aluminum can in 10.5 sec 3.) Connecting rod will not bend 4.) Thickness of the wall 3mm The test results the manual can crusher is able to crush the cans of two different dimensions. It can be concluded the designed manual can crusher have met its objective of crushing the cans of two different dimension.
