Abstract

The project is about to build a compact size of water treatment machine. Which is function same as the actual water treatment machine. With the understanding of all the mechanical knowledge and skill from doing the literature review, researches had been done from internet, library books and journals, we started to build our prototype. The objective of this project is to design and build a prototype of compact size water treatment machine. The purpose we design this compact size water treatment machine is to help the small factory which need water treatment machine can afford it, this prototype can help to save their factory space and their cost. Once the water treatment machine have been assembled, we started to do experiment to test the machine including the polymer-mixture experiment. Although there are several problem we facing in the ISt testing of the machine but at last we solved the problem by doing modification on the prototype again. At last we had successfully hit out goals, the water treatment machine prototype have been build and function well. The compact size water treatment machine is now ready to be build in the factory.
