The objectives of this research were to study management behaviour impact the performance of site based construction employee, and to investigate leader reward behaviour impact on the performance of site based construction employee. This research concept is in form of measurable variable.Quantitative method was performed on the research report to be evidence of the directional of hypotheses. The data samples were collected from 40 respondents by using questionnaire. SPSS was performed to build up the statistic, histogram, scatterplot and pearson correlation to prove the objective relationship. Three hypothesis were had been tested and produced. (a) The greater of the management behaviour, the higher of the performance of site-based construction worker (b) The conducive of the positive reward behaviour, the higher the performance of sitebased construction worker. (c) The conducive of the punitive reward behaviour, the lower the performance of sitebased construction worker. Hypothesis of management behaviour had (r= .222, p< .05), hypothesis of positive reward had (r= .201, p< .05) and the last hypothesis punitive reward could be (r= -.132, p< .05). it is quite time consuming to investigate the management behaviour due to the common result is release with good management behaviour only would enhance high performance of sitebased worker.
