Abstract

This research is a study that relates to the adaptation and adoption of computerize system and software in Property Management Organization in Malaysia. The problem and issue that encounter by the staff in the organization regarding on the adaptation and adoption issue of computer system and software will be study.To identify the types of problems faced by the personnel in Property Management organization and their opinion on the issues. One of main cause of adaptation problem is the ability to understand the software and the knowledge of computerize system. The issue will be define and analyze to find an appropriate solution for it to overcome the problem. This study help us to understand the job scope of the Property Management Company and how they manipulate the job efficiency using the computerize system provided. These findings of this study will define and conclude what are the problem face by the workers and what are the solutions available; as well as how they being affected by the adaptation problem.
