Abstract

The main objective of this project is to develop a liquid and fan cooler system for laptop user. Unlike air cooling system available in the current market that is not effective enough for heavy user, liquid and fan cooler system allows laptop user to protect their laptop from overheating and malfunction of laptop even when it’s under heavy usage. This project consists of two different modes which is Auto mode and manual mode. The auto mode consists a normal fan and a liquid cooler which is monitored by an electronic circuit which we call it as an electronic system. The electronic system uses a temperature sensor, a LM35 sensor as input for the system. A LCD display is used to display the temperature detected by LM35. PIC microcontroller which acts as the system brain would process all data received and issue instruction. The system executing instruction is written using C language which is compiled and debugged by CCS compiler. When the auto mode is on, the cooling system will change its operating mode according to the temperature sensed
