Abstract

This research aims to find out the perspective of public relations practitioners on the influences of gender of PRP toward the career advancement opportunities. A total of 80 respondents were surveyed for this research through Survey Questionnaire. The result of this research is aim to shows that the public relations practitioners think that the glass ceiling still exist in workplace is because of the gender bias toward female PRP.
