Abstract

In this era globalization, technology is going advanced than the pass. Construction industry is also growing along with the latest technology. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is getting popular in the industry nowadays. Construction players have suit themselves well in it to prevent elimination from the technology. However, not all generation adapted to the usage of BIM in their occupation. Therefore, this research aims to find out and compare the difference of different generation in implementing BIM. To provide more information related to the topic, literature review in Chapter 2 has explained and discussed about the secondary data collection which is collected through journals, articles and websites. A quantitative method is used to carry out the study. Questionnaire survey form is created and delivered to 200 qualified respondents to collect a total feedback of 50 percent. After that, data analysation has been done discuss about the result of the research and supported by literature review. Lastly, the limitation of this research shall be further studied in future. In short, the objectives of the study which is the BIM usage for young and old generation and their differences in implementing BIM had been successfully completed.
