Abstract

The main objective of this project is to enhance the business processes of small and medium sized hardware store with system. Order processing tend to be one of the most complex and important processes in business process hence improving the business with system is important. Various of problem can be solved by introducing system to improve business operation. The project stated off with fact gather where several types of fact gathering techniques has been adopted such as questionnaire and background research. Whereby the fact recording being adopted is UML diagram such as ERD diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram and et cetera. The project are main focuses on 2 module which is customer management module and also point of sales module. Various methodology has been applied in this project which is evolutionary prototype model which the model able to evolve based on user feedback hence it can fit to the user requirement. In order to make sure every module works as expected various testing had been carried out with developer and supervisor. In a nut shell, the core functional module of the system is working flawlessly but the weakness is that the system not able to generate report with various visualization and law of creativity on user interface.
