Abstract

Bloody Defense is a 2D Role-Playing Mobile Game that takes place in the human body. Players control hero characters that are based on real-life white blood cells and fights off the invaders. The game levels and characters’ skills are all designed based on real-life settings and scenarios in order to offer maximum realism without losing the fun aspect of the game element. The objective of the project is to educate the players the knowledge of human immunology and different phases of immunity response in form of Game-Based Learning, where players learn subconsciously while being immersed in the fun of this project. By playing this game, Malaysian can apply what’s being taught in the game in real life and it can lead to better health, such as faster recovery from wound and the prevention of further bacterial infection in the wound. In conclusion, this project is able to provide playable experience and educational element to the players. This project will be targeted to audiences that have a taste in of Action Role-Playing game or Human Immunology theme. Further enhancement in terms of graphical and contents will be added to this project.
