Abstract

Lie symmetry analysis is one of the method to solve the nonlinear partial differential equation. Lie symmetries will provide an exact solution for the partial differential equation. Lie symmetry analysis is a powerful method which produce by Sophus lie. Benjamin-Ono Equation is one type of nonlinear partial differential equation which will be do research in this project. Lie symmetry analysis is use to solve the partial differential equation and transform into ordinary differential equation. Reduction of the ordinary differential equation will be the next step to make the equation easier to solve.
