Abstract
Safety is one of the main issues that everyone should concern on it. In this generation Z, digital technology has evolved rapidly. However, the method of requesting help for people are still using the legacy way, which is not a best and effective solution in this generation Z. Therefore, a security management system, TARUC Motility Shield is introduced to provide a platform that used to overcome the disadvantage of the legacy technology. The concept of this system is referenced by a GuardNet security application. This application is a common system that use in education, international industry, and government sectors in Europe countries like United Kingdom. This system is included with mobile Apps and dashboard system to work as a complete system. The mobile Apps is serve as the panic button device and communication device between requestor and security personnel. While the dashboard system is serve as a centre device that used by admin to management, located, and provide assisting for both requestor and security personnel in solving the problem. The methodology currently used for this system is waterfall which allow the developing team to clearly understand the functional requirement and overview design of the system. The technology MQTT protocol is use as middleman to handler the incoming network packet traffic from the device, server and dashboard system. The system has gone through the module testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing to evaluate the reliability and availability met the expectation. The system now allow the user request help and accept by security personnel. After that, dashboard system is a platform for showing the details, assigning guard and generate reports. However, the communication module are still under development, so admin do still require other communication tools to communicate with security personnel. Meanwhile, the information security still needs to be strengthened.
