Abstract

This study is based on the title of ‘a study of challenges faced by fresh graduate in construction industry’. For this title, there are 3 main objectives which are to study the difficulties or challenges faced by fresh graduate in construction industry, to identify the common problem faced by female for working in construction industry and to identify the potential solution to overcome the difficulties faced by fresh graduate in construction industry. Besides that, there are also discussed about the research’s scopes and the research significance. This research was carried out through the literature review that related to the topic. Furthermore, the methodology used to carry out the research was the quantities method, questionnaire surveys. As a conclusion, the finding and results of the research would help to list out the challenges would be faced by fresh graduate after they start working and the common problem that faced by the women. Besides, the potential solutions had listed out to overcome all these challenges. It would be advantageous to achieve the objectives and it allow all fresh graduates to prepare and foresee the challenges they may face.
