The literature review is taken from article, website and books to determine what are the roles and responsibilities of Main Contractor, the major type of injury in construction site and the way to prevent it and the solution in reducing the occurring rate of accident at construction site in relation to safety and health management. Furthermore, the questionnaires are provided to respondents to identify the importance of safety and health management in construction site.
