Abstract

Housing is one of the basic necessities of human life along with food and clothing. In addition, because of the scarcity of land and the large rate of population growth, housing has a secondary function as an investment tools and a storage of wealth. The housing management contribution to community by established the principle of partnership by working between housing, health and employment professions to deliver services which increase the weak population of tenants. The research carries out enable the new market entrants to understand to type of housing scheme which Government and other Private Developer have implemented. The understanding enables to provide them a framework to choose the housing scheme which is more suitable for them. Moreover, they able to know their own buying perception toward affordable housing by the relating their income against housing price they choose. Lastly, there is also a crosstabs relationship between housing price and new market entrants living expenses. For example, as the housing price increase, it will cause the housing rental to increase which make their expenses to increase.
