Abstract

Recently, there were many housing projects launched and propel a high demand of quality in local construction industry. This is due to home buyers expect to have a good workmanship of house. And this phenomenon has encouraged the developers and contractor firm to adopt the quality standard which help in maintaining the good quality in their construction projects. Therefore, Building and Construction Authority (BCA) had introduce Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS) to ensure the quality of the project buildings. At first, we will introduce the background of CONQUAS. Secondly we will going further and describe more specific of CONQUAS and using the article and journals to prove that our statement of literature review. Thirdly, we would like to introduce the statement of research of methodology. So that, it will proceed our fourth steps which is data analysis and result during this section, we will prepare 100 sets of questionnaire had been distributed to the house owner who stayed in a unit with CONQUAS certified in The Westside One condominium at Desa Park City, Kuala Lumpur areas. Once data being collected, it will be analysed by using the method of frequency distribution method and multiple response analyse method by using Google form, Micosoft Excel software. Last but not least, after analyse the data we will conclude our results and describe our limitation and summarise it.
