Abstract

Housing is the momentous expectations of every citizen of Malaysia and it play an important role toward the economy of a country. However, the house price was also growing quickly due to the high demand. In consequence, housing price had become the main concern of housing preferences to the house buyers in Malaysia in the past few years. The main reason was due to the enormous migration from the other states who were moving in the city centers and states near to city. Moreover, there are many factors which impact the growing increase of the house price. This research is relating to study the main problems of affordable housing and was required to investigate to establish the matching of the demand and supply for affordable housing.
