Abstract

If absence of the successful management and good knowledge, the concept of the construction project development may be affected. The consequences of factors may affect the performances of such project. This study aims identify interferences affecting construction project performance in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The instruments used for the data collection were close-ended questionnaires and the target organizations consisted Grade 6 and Grade 7 contractor firm. The tools employed in this research were frequency and independent samples t-test. Eighteen variables were identified as factors will affect construction project performance
