Both of the groups were participated in a 4 weeks physical training with 2 sessions each week. Experimental group had participated in an extra imagery training intervention every session before the each physical training. The results showed that experimental group had no significant improvement (p=0.143) while control group also had no significant improvement (p=0.199). From the pre- and post- test result, the study show that there was no significant difference between experimental group and control group, while when look into the improvement in each training session, experimental group had significant improvement in few training session. For control group, there was no significant improvement in each training sessions. Therefore, imagery training elicit enhanced the agility even though the result showed the experimental group was no significant difference with the control group.
