Abstract

Summer Swim VR is a Virtual Reality swimming simulation game that teaches and encourages players to learn how to swim with the correct techniques. The objective of this game is to teach players the fundamentals and correct techniques of 3 swimming methods, the Breaststroke, Freestyle, and Butterfly. Players would be provided with videos to give them a brief idea of how to swim, and then they are brought through the tutorial where they will learn the correct strokes of the swimming technique hands on. This project is made with Unity using C sharp as its scripting language along with paint.net to modify certain assets, and let the player feel as immersed as possible while swimming.
