Abstract
Effectiveness and efficiency have the most vital requirements in today rapid changing world. These requirements can be very useful in preventing the consequences of delaying. However, most of the institutions nowadays are still using the manual reporting in maintenance system which turns out to be a lot of cost is budgeted on the replacing of broken facilities or renovation. This incident has indirectly affected the performance of that institution. Thus, an advance facilities maintenance system shall be developed and implemented to increase the productivity of the institution by eliminating time wastage on maintenance. The proposed system is capable of delivering the report of faulty facilities in a matter of seconds and ensuring the maintenance work is carried out by the crew. Its database records are also very useful in future as a maintenance report to the top management.
