Abstract

This research is to use the GPS to track the location of the bus and allow users to understand the position of the bus whether it’s on the way or at a specific bus stop by having a built-in voice command by using the application created by RFO basic. This application can provide the bus information, and the students can view the screen or listen the voice of the information while waiting at the bus-stop by using the student version of the application. It will help the students to reduce the time for waiting the bus and lower the risk of exposing themselves in the public, especially at night. By scanning the QR code, the students will be lead to fill in the information and will be uploaded to the server and stored in the cloud. The QR code system prevents unauthorized public members get on the bus and it is also able to provide details of the students in the event of accident. For this project, it also uses the streaming method to show the real-time bus position to students. This may let students to do better decisions in optimizing their time management and allow to get real-time bus information and condition.
