Through intensive literature study, it has brought a better understanding on the definition of scaffold safety. Besides, the literature review also covers the cause of accident using scaffold, appropriate practice in the usage of scaffold and the prevent method to avoid accident using scaffold in construction site. The data of this research were collected through questionnaire survey and the results will be analyzed by utilizing pie/ bar chart, histogram and etc, and if possible, the data will be interpreted by utilizing the SPSS software. Lastly, there are some recommendations have been proposed to prevent accident using scaffold in construction site in Malaysia.
