Abstract
The main objective of this research is to obtain information regarding the satisfaction of the residents in a specific condominium towards the property management services as the resident’s satisfaction is important due to it contributes to a person’s quality of life. It usually develops based on factors such as the service quality provided and also the responding time to the residents. It is important to evaluate the satisfaction of the residents as it will put business above competitors within the industry. In order to achieve a huge amount of satisfaction from the residents that resides in the serviced apartment, it is vital to understand the needs and the satisfaction of the residents and make improvements towards the existing performance. In the beginning, Literature Review is being carried out to understand the basic requirements for building performance and from there, the property management services inside the building are being identified is studied. The mixed method approach had been used for the dissertation in order to obtain information on the satisfaction of the residents in Sunway GeoSense. This research had shown that the residents in Sunway GeoSense are quite satisfied with the overall property management services provided except for the financial management such as capital improvement program and payment method for services. This shows that this research provides an understanding on the relationship between the residents’ satisfaction level and the property management services being provided.
