Abstract

Housing is a basic human need, in the past 5 years, housing prices in Klang Valley have risen significantly, which has made it difficult for low- and middle-income earners. This dissertation aims to examine the factors that affecting the condominium price in Klang Valley, construct a pricing model for the condominium in Klang Valley and study the resident views on current condominium price in Klang Valley. In order to achieve the objectives, the questionnaire was used to achieve the research objectives. In this study, frequency statistics and Pearson Correlation Coefficients were used to analyse the data collected from the questionnaire by measuring the linear relationship between the independent variables (Factors that Affecting Condominium Price in Klang Valley) and the dependent variable (Condominium Price). From the result generated by SPSS, I found a significant correlation between both location and accessibilities factors and environmental quality factors and the condominium price in Klang Valley.
