Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of User Interface design techniques used in mobile application as a digital communication tool for parents and teachers at preschool level. Through adopting mobile application, parents and teachers can perpetuate their relationship, therefore positively impacting the holistic development of a child. The study attempts to explore appropriate UI design techniques, to identify the roles of parents and teacher in the relationship and to establish the effectiveness of mobile application using qualitative methods such as case study analysis and semi-structured interviews.
