Abstract

In this project, it is investigate the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) methodology. The report of this project consists of 6 chapters. In chapter 1, it is an introduction of the OEE methodology. Beside that, there is some problem statements and also objectives throughout this project. Moreover, the scope and significant are also included in this project to let reader know the range of the project. In chapter 2, it is a literature review which review what previous researchers have done in this topic. Literature review is also a guideline in this project where provide some reference in order to carry out this project. In chapter 3, it is a methodology review. All the method used in this project will listed out in this chapter in order to let reader know what scope will be cover in this project. Beside that, from the methodology reader can understand the term and concept used in this project. In chapter 4 and 5, there are the result outcome and discussion. The result in chapter 5 is from a real life application which the resources are provided by the Kian Joo Can Factory Berhad. From that, we can know the actual dashboard in real life example and can have a better understanding. In chapter 6, it is an conclusion and recommendation on this project. There are some recommendation stated in the Section 6.2, therefore future researchers can improve this project based on the recommendation suggested.
