This aim of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of social media advertising in property purchase. The convenient brought by social media advertisement not only helping the organization to convey and transform the information and details of product clearly and faster but also throughout social media, they may interact with their customers with more richer media. The property industry believes the social media is merit in given great significant information and impact that will affect the marketing effectiveness to influence the buyers’ intention. Thus, using the social media to advertise the property may indirectly developing the buyers’ intention to buy. The effectiveness of social media advertisement in influencing the intention to buy is worth to be investigate.
