Most of the construction projects will go through a stage called contract planning before the start of a construction. Without proper contract planning, a construction might face a lot of problems such as bad performance, faulty constructions which all end up wasting time and money. Large constructions have more possibilities to fail compared to small constructions if there is no productive project plan or schedule in the beginning stage of a construction.
