Abstract

The pollution and impacts that property development brings to environment is always an issue in the construction industries, all those impacts are directly and indirectly affecting human daily life and also the habitat of flora and fauna. People realize the problems and knowing the important of protecting the environment, hence, all sorts of ways to reduce the environmental impact due to construction activities has been put into practice since years ago. The purpose of this research is to determine the most effective ways to reduce the impacts of property development to the environment, besides, the other objectives of this research is to find out the type of environmental impacts and also to examine the importance of good environment to human living. The research will be done through questionnaire survey from expert sampling of 100 samples and the responded answer will be analysed to get the end results.
