Abstract
In the present-day setting, workshop owners are reliant on regular and walk-in clients to gain exposure in the market and business. They have limited choice when it comes to promoting their business or their workmanship reputation. The exposure of the business to a new potential customer is usually done by words of mouth from an existing customer to a new one. Traditional means of promoting a workshop service can be modernized through a web application platform where workshop owners can offer their service and specialty online while customer can view, review and book such services. The platform primarily aims to assist existing workshops to manage their bookings online while enhancing the functionality with GPS, messaging apps, language localization, media, user reviews and shop information. It will also address a lot of the pain and frustration points from both workshop owners and customers when they are pairing for a successful business transaction.
