Abstract
This wonderful nation Malaysia has been established by multiculturalism. Malaysians can learn from one another easily over the years on issues relating to cross-cultural interaction without travelling to another place. Multilingualism has given Malaysians great opportunities to communicate with people from different languages and cultural backgrounds. There are clear challenges for PR practitioners in Malaysia because the centre of every decision-making process is multiculturalism and unity. Moreover, in public and private discourse words and behaviours that may cause conflict must be avoided. With trust, mutual respect and understanding PR practitioners will have good performance in this multicultural society. Therefore, this research is to study multiculturalism issues in public relations practises in Malaysia by using quantitative methods which are distributing questionnaires through Google Form
