Abstract

In this paper is going to observe what effect will cause by FDI to economic growth and how the FDI affect economic growth. The method is applicable to Malaysia and is estimated to be 30 years between 1990 and 2019. In this paper I use Technological Development, Capital Formation, Labor Force, Foreign Direct Investment and Human Resources to be my independent variable and I use Unit root test, Augmented Dickey-Fuller Test, Philips-Perron, and Autoregressive Distributed Lag to run my test. From the result of this all test I using that I get a result that FDI has not a direct relationship with economic growth.
