Based on the results obtained by the questionnaire, the main benefits that will bring to people is to protect the environment, this also due to the main purpose of green building is to protect the environment while reducing pollution. The lack of promotion of green building also makes the green building hard to implement in Malaysia, because most of the citizens of Malaysia also lack detailed information of green building, so a better promotion will let more Malaysian try to use green building technology. The implementation of green building in Malaysia also will bring a competitiveness between normal building and green building industries. This is because the green building is still not common in Malaysia, but as time goes by, the green building will become common and start to have a competitiveness with normal buildings. Thus, this research will be a useful reference for not only the industry players in Malaysia but also the parties who are interested in using green buildings in Malaysia.
