Abstract

In the era of globalization, the majority of people prefer to go for online shopping with better convenience without going out and thus, leading to a change that the company should adapt to. The main purpose of developing the project is designing a good first impression of the website to the users who are visiting the website, in order to ensure users have good experience. This project consists of 3 modules which include Product Module, Keep Track Order Module and Payment Module. These modules designed to make a website more user-friendly to users by allowing users to choose what products they want, provides the order information to users to keep track of their order and allow them to make online payment on a website. During the stages of the waterfall model, several methods including online document and resource, interview have been used to gather the user requirements on the proposed system. Visual Studio Code and PHP will be used for developing this system. The development of the system were using a waterfall model due to phases are processed and completed one at a time and well understood milestones(Tutorialspoint, 2021). This system has gone through a number of tests, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure that it is error-free and ready to be delivered to the end user for use. The strengths of the system is easy to used and for the visitor to find the desired product they need quickly and easily. The weaknesses of this system is the security is not good enough.
