In order to let the company to be more competitive and make ways for current pandemic situation, our project team is here to proposed the Online Printing solution. The project team involves in two persons, which is Nelson Ngui Tzy Ming and Muck Chun Mun. The project team has used the incremental process model as the project’s methodology. The project has involved in total of 5 modules which are Auto Scheduling Module, Ordering Module, ChatBot Module, User Management Module and finally Reporting Module. With the help of these modules, the business is able to transform into online business. During the analysis stage of the project, techniques include interviews, questionnaires has been used to collect data. During System Design phase, Flow Chart Diagram for each module, Use Case Diagram and Description, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, User Interface Design, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), database table and structure have been designed. The proposed system is using PHP as the programming language used to create the project. XAMPP has been chosen to host the website locally. phpMyAdmin is chosen as the database server to keep track of all the data and records of the online printing orders and of the websites. In the testing phase, testing approaches such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing and user acceptance testing has been carried out to ensure that the system is error-free and is fully ready for real life environment use. The system strengths are maximizing printing work performance efficiency, reduce employees’ workload and improve customer’s satisfaction. However, the system has inflexible issues. Solution and improvement have been stated in detail in the following chapters.
