Abstract
With the advancement of technology nowadays, people nowadays are relying on their mobile phone. It not only allows us to make phone calls or text messages, but also allows us to read news online, attend or conduct meetings when we are away from home or office, chatting with overseas friends or family, and others. It can be said that whether it is for work, study or leisure, mobile phones are essential and important equipment in people's lives. Especially chat applications, it brought many benefits to people. Chat applications allow people to communicate with someone virtually without paying any additional fees, and there is no time limit. During this Covid-19 pandemic, most of the people have to stay at home, especially college students, they have to study online, and chat applications play an important role for them to discuss assignments or homeworks with their teammates. Some of them even use chat applications to submit their works. In this case, a chat application that can be used on the desktop makes it easier to upload files. Hence, the School Communication Application will consist of both desktop and mobile versions.
