Abstract
With the trends that the traditional business model has changed to the online business model. The ecommerce industry has grown up very fast and affects the purchase behaviour of customers in daily life. Most of the people will choose online shopping rather than physical visit especially during the pandemic situation. However, there are still some factors that make online shopping not popular and convenient among everyone. It provides some risk and issues that may affect the performance of the online shopping service and give a bad user experience. To solve the problem , the project proposed to develop a website application that are integrated service platform. The website application has two core functions which are store navigatio and online shopping which ease the process of the online shopping and give the maximum convenience to customers with its functionality and AI technology. With the AI technology, customers can assist them on suggesting products and provide guidance automatically which save the waiting time of customers that seek for help. 7 modules included in the website application project which are user profile module, product module, store module, payment module, navigation module, delivery module and recur module. All the modules have its own functionality that is proposed to enhance the user experience. This application is developed by ASP.Net C# and SQL database. The unit testing, module testing, system testing and user acceptance testing also carried out to detect bugs and correct defects during the testing stage. These activities are to ensure the software quality of the system has been fulfilled and performed as expected. All the functionality included in the AI Online Shopping Assistant Website has their own contribution to provide the best services to the customers. Lastly, it would be appreciated that every reader of this report can gain the advantages and knowledge from this system.
