Abstract

This research study sought a better understanding of the construct of digital competency of Malaysian Accounting Graduates in Industrial Revolution 4.0. This study aims to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence, communication skills, problem-solving skills and digital competency among Malaysian Accounting Graduates for Industrial Revolution 4.0. A total of 405 samples were gathered for this research using online questionnaire surveys and Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyse the data (SPSS). The result of this research confirmed that emotional intelligence, communication skills and problem-solving skills have a significant positive influence on the digital competency of Malaysian Accounting Graduates. The outcome of this research would be valuable to the employers whether they require to provide training for the new recruit employees and also beneficial to researchers as the findings of this research could be a foundation for future studies to seek other relevant information and knowledge of digital competency
