Abstract

This project is to create a web application that allows users to list and acquire products and services from others, this web application features a bidding system that allows users to bid for products or services. By creating this web application, services or product providers and seekers will able to bid for those who provide or seek, on working on this project with hope of providing job opportunities for those who have unique skill sets or items that are not popularly sought after. The methodology and techniques used for this project will be similar to existing online shopping websites and bidding websites, this web application will be developed using Single Page Application (SPA) from Microsoft Visual Code with Firebase Database for data storage. The expected strengths of creating this web application are that businesses and job opportunities will be conducted between the provider and the seeker, and users will able to bid and compete for contracts or items. The bidding system are also a limitation for certain users who may require to stay active during a bid in order to win against many others with same interest.
