Abstract

This study attempts to examine the roles and responsibilities of PR practitioners within the non-governmental organizations (NGOs), the challenges faced by the practitioners when they want to make strategic decisions for the organization and assess the expectation of top management or CEO towards the PR profession by using a qualitative in-depth interview and thematic analysis. This research aimed to provide valuable insights on how NGOs can achieve better performance by identifying the roles of PR within the organization
