Abstract
This study aims to investigate the Association between chronotype and physical activity among university students in TARUMT. Chronotype affects our bodies in multiple different ways, either by working close with our circadian rhythm, or to affect daily lives such as our appetite, the temperature of our bodies, our productivity windows, and even our sexual activities. Physical activities on the other hand are all movements including during leisure time, for transport, or as part of a person’s work, and including both moderate- and vigorous-intensity physical activity which improves health. By conducting a survey questionnaire, the physical activity of the participants were then computed into their socio demographic, chronotype, Total MET scores, and physical activity levels. There was a higher number of males than females with higher total MET scores, while females are higher than the males in physical activity levels.
