Abstract

The world is experiencing rapid development in the field of construction due to a very large increase in human numbers, and the construction industry is one of the most important modern industries, producing waste as a result of demolition and construction operations, and the environment is considered the most negatively affected. This paper presents an overview types of waste in construction. Thus, there are various ways to minimize waste in construction, and we will discuss the benefits of minimizing waste in construction. The section on Research Methodology describes various approaches to data collection. To achieve the study's objectives, the case study and questionnaire survey were chosen. Furthermore, 100 questionnaire sets have been prepared for distribution to target respondents in order to collect data. Following that, the data will be analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS).
