Abstract

Today, many individuals choose to purchase online rather than in stores, especially during the Covid- 19 epidemic. However, there is still a difficulty with comparison shopping between other e-commerce sites such as Lazada and Shopee. Furthermore, many individuals are concerned about merchant trust and are frightened that the merchant may defraud them. As a result, an AI Multi Agent Shopping System has been designed to assist in the resolution of these issues. Visual Studio will be used to implement this system. This technology makes it easier to find products by displaying search results based on client purchasing habits. Furthermore, the method seeks to acquire the trust of customers by requiring them to read reviews based on prior customers' purchasing experiences. By offering instances of review writing, the system will also provide assistance to the customer on how to write their review, which will be useful for future consumers to refer to. The system will also provide translation services, allowing users to convert the website language to their preferred language, such as English, Chinese, or Malay. To summarise, the website provides consumers with a lot of convenience for online shopping as well as services based on their buying history.
