Abstract

Today, many people have started to do online shopping rather than physical shopping especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, online shopping is still facing the problem of comparison shopping between different e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, and Shopee. Moreover, many people are facing merchant trust issues which are afraid that the merchant will cheat on them. Thus, an AI Multi Agent Shopping System has been introduced which is to help in solving these problems. This system is helping in searching the product more easily and showing the searching result based on the customer buying behaviors. Furthermore, the system aims to gain the consumers' trust by making the customers look at the review based on previous consumers' buying experience. The system also will provide guidance to the consumer on how to write their review which will be valuable for the next consumers to refer to by providing examples of review writing. This system can be used by any users as long as they are connected to the internet and a laptop or computer is around them.
