Abstract

As the aging population is increasing, the healthcare system become a popular research among the researchers. Remote health monitoring system is the popular system in the recent year. It is because it can offer remote monitoring for the elderly anywhere and anytime. By having remote health monitoring system, it is beneficial to the elderly and the community because by implementing this system, it can save the hospital bills, reduce traffics in the hospital and save waiting time. Hence, this project is to design and develop an old folks’ health condition remote monitoring system because there are many old folks living independently in nowadays. The health remote monitoring system can detect the heartbeat of the old folk and store the data in the database. The data will send to a web server for medical professional unit to remote monitoring.
