Abstract

This research aims to pinpoint the philosophical perspective of players towards English and the Hilichurlian language utilized in Genshin Impact. The study focuses on the philosophical perspectives of players and English language speakers and the influence of perspectives on the development of the Hilichurlian language. A semi-structured interview was conducted with ten participants. The findings reveal that there is a significant positive relationship between the perspectives of the participants and the development of the Hilichurlian language. However, despite the positive outlook of participants, it is also revealed that the language is underdeveloped which leaves room for improvement. Overall, the insights that can be obtained from this study can be utilized to improve the perspectives of players as well as the establishment of new languages.
