Abstract

This project explains the impact of human health exposed to WPT technology as technology demands increase day by day. Electromagnetic field, generally known as EMF can cause adverse health effect to human body. There have been many of studies on childhood cancer and exposure to power frequency magnetic fields. Since the induced internal EFs and currents are difficult to determine directly, therefore, it is essential to understand how they relate to the external electric and magnetic fields that can be measured easily. The recommendations which the limit of electromagnetic exposure have been defined by the ICNIRP and the IEEE. Several publications about this study in evaluated human’s induced EMF in the form journal is discussed. The method used in this project is selected and justified. Some improvement to this method such as addition of thermal analysis and angular misalignment of coils of WPT system is carried out. Different kind of exposure criteria is evaluated and analysed. Best test case which safe to human head is justified and discussed.
