Abstract
With the popularity of online service becoming more and more viral and effective, it becomes a daily thing where people would order food and beverage services online due to the efficiency it brings to their life. However, the current ordering system is still lacking in providing a good function that allows the service workers of the food and beverage industry to effectively manage their huge amount of orders both physically and online. With this in mind, we proposed of an idea to develop a more efficient and superior system that allows the users to decrease the unnecessary human errors with effective integrations while at the same time having more creative controls over the systems functionality such as having the ability to modify made orders or design the table layouts of the physical store within the application. The system proposed will be implementing 8 core modules each with their important role that plays within the system, the modules are order management, menu management, user account management, sales management, table management, inventory management, employee management and customer management. The project will be utilizing the incremental model as its main methodology while implementing requirement gathering techniques such as literature review, observation, questionnaires and interviews.
