Abstract
This study examines the impacts of transformational leadership and corporate social responsibility information disclosures on corporate performance of Malaysian companies: a mediating role of corporate reputation. This research employs agency theory, stakeholder theory, and transformational leadership theory. To fulfil the objectives of this research, a quantitative research has been undertaken, involving 230 employees from Malaysian companies. Following data collection, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) are used to analyse the data. The findings of this study indicate a strong correlation between transformational leadership and corporate social responsibility information disclosure on corporate performance, with corporate reputation partially mediated these relationships respectively. This research study contributes to companies’ efforts to achieve sustainable development and competitive advantage by having a thorough understanding of the complex links that exist between transformational leadership styles, corporate social responsibility information disclosure, company reputation and corporate performance
