From the Global Innovation Index, Malaysia is ranked 36th in the results from the 132 countries. To become a resilient digital nation, Malaysia needs to adapt changes and innovation. Hence, corporate innovation is important to achieve sustainable growth. This study examines the mediating effect of perceived managers’ risk taking on confrontational activism, cooperative activism and perceived managers’ self-efficacy on perceived corporate innovation. This research uses a quantitative approach and cross-sectional method using 300 shareholders who previously or currently held shares in Bursa Malaysia. The data are analysed by Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) and Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM)
